All inbound franchise candidates are measured against the results from your existing franchisees.

Further, because we understand your top performing franchisee profile, we will create effective marketing, sales and training tools that communicate directly with this specific franchisee profile. STEP ONE: Survey Existing Franchisees

The Franchise Architects will survey your existing franchisees using the Franchise Navigator. Preferably, all of your franchisees will participate. In fact, we have had over an 85% participation rate in 90% of our projects. Along with you, we will create a Top
Performer description and match this to the survey results. From this information, we will identify for you who your Top Performers are and why.

STEP TWO: Ensure "Attraction Strategy" Is Correct

We will carefully review your existing franchisee "attraction stragtegy" to ensure you are using the correct tools and messaging to recruit more of your Top Performing franchisees.Your current existing franchise sales strategy, sales materials, including brochures, videotapes and other related presentations,will be reviewed.
