Established in 1975, Bagel Boss has grown from our roots as a neighborhood bakery to a franchise brand accessible by aspiring bagel shop owners nationwide. We are 5th and 6th generation bagel bakers.

OUR NEW STORE DESIGN
The new store design prototype is flexible and adaptable for locations both large and small, including both nontraditional and traditional locations, and is available for franchising immediately.

TRAINING & SUPPORT
The Initial Franchise Fee includes the Bagel Boss pre-opening training. This is held at one of our Long Island, NY area locations during the course of three weeks. We cover bagel production, beverage and food preparation, daily operations processes, local marketing, staffing recommendations, financial oversight and management for your Bagel Boss.
We offer additional training and support on-site in your location before you open. On-going we provide refresher training, education, mentorship and guidance for development of your local Bagel Boss shop.
