Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Franchise Celebrates at 2018 Convention

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, the nation’s most admired faith-based, full-service commercial cleaning franchise, recently commemorated its 2018 annual franchisee retreat, which was held September 12-15 in San Antonio, Texas.

Themed “Blazing the Trail,” the convention brought the entire Office Pride organization across the country together to celebrate the brand’s system-wide successes, guiding principles, sense of camaraderie and faith-centric business values.

“Our annual franchisee retreat is always the highlight of the year,” said Todd Hopkins, CEO and Founder of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services. “It’s an opportunity to bring all of our franchisee teams and employees from the corporate office together to inspire and learn from one another, reinvigorate our businesses with fresh ideas and grow as individuals and business owners in our faith – the time in San Antonio was energizing and a solid reminder of how strong of a team we all are together.”

This year’s convention celebrated Office Pride’s system-wide accomplishments across the past year and challenged all attendees – franchisees, area developers, employees, corporate leadership and vendors – to continue to exceed expectations, lead by example and serve from the heart. The four-day retreat included extensive training, educational seminars and opportunities to share best practices across the franchise system.

The retreat also featured several inspirational and motivational business speakers who delivered keynotes throughout the event, including nationally-known evangelist, pastor and best-selling author Dr. Tony Evans; Eric Chester, an award-winning author and trusted expert on employee engagement and workplace culture; and Troy Hopkins, an Office Pride area developer and author behind the commercial cleaning business book Cents of a Dirty Business: How to Survive and Succeed in Commercial Cleaning.

While delivering his CEO keynote during the awards dinner, Hopkins unveiled that system-wide sales have increased by 17 percent and that average unit volume has grown by more than 19 percent. In addition to this continued sales growth, Hopkins also noted that system grew with the addition of 12 franchisees, seven of whom are millennials. He also applauded major milestone accomplishments from the year, including the implementation of a new franchisee training program, the development of a new vital signs initiative and EOS (entrepreneurial operating system) model, the launch of a new employee recruitment website, office space expansion and more.

At the awards dinner, Office Pride bestowed honors on top-performing franchise partners in attendance and their team members for sales, customer satisfaction, marketing achievements, superior operations and commitment to brand values over the past 12 months.

During the awards ceremony, Lee Weeks, owner of Office Pride in Huntsville, Alabama received the highest honor of the night, “Franchise of the Year.” Weeks earned the recognition for demonstration of the best overall performance in sales and continued growth, customer and employee satisfaction, contribution to Office Pride’s corporate brand development and reflection of Office Pride’s Core Values and Mission Statement.

In addition to Weeks’ impressive recognition as “Franchise of the Year,” several other Office Pride owners and employees earned significant awards including the “Customer Satisfaction Award,” “Million Dollar Club,” “Brand Ambassador Award,” “Employee of the Year,” “Core Values Award” and more.
