La Madeleine offers a variety of prototypes to cater to various trade areas. These options include Traditional, Petite, Self-Contained Kiosk or Inline formats, offering flexible opportunities including designs suitable for nontraditional venues. The Traditional cafe typically spans 3,500 to 4,500 square feet and employs 25-30 part-time and full-time employees. Alternatively, there are smaller build-outs with half the size and staffing needs available based on the chosen real estate location. Our franchisees can expect comprehensive support from our headquarters team in areas such as real estate, construction, marketing, operations, purchasing and technology.

Who We’re Looking For
To join our growing franchise, potential candidates must have $500,000 to $1.5 million in liquid assets, depending on the market selected, to develop and fulfill the following characteristics:
