- Catering – DAE GEE now offers all you can eat BBQ and/or sushi catering for any event or business gathering. We provide both vegetarian and meat options to cover the entire party.
As an owner you will work with our team directly with our founder and team to help you succeed in opening and running your store by providing support in the areas of Real Estate, Construction, Training, Marketing, Operations, and Purchasing. From helping you find the right location, to visiting your store regularly to offer ongoing support in meeting Dae Gee Brand Standards, we’re here to serve you.

Joseph Kim is the founder and owner of Dae Gee restaurants. A Colorado Native, he has been cultivating the Korean BBQ experience throughout the Front Range for 10 years. Joe is a dynamic entrepreneur always maximizing every opportunity to share memorable food experiences with the community.

Dae Gee comes from multi-generational roots and feeding the neighborhood runs in the family. Grandma’s recipes have been passed down from the first family restaurant to Mom’s restaurant and now Dae Gee pays homage to all the family recipes through each and every meal.
