OUR HISTORY
Verlo Mattress is a home-grown, Wisconsin-based company built on Midwestern values started in 1958 by two friends who began making custom-crafted mattresses for their furniture store in Illinois. Their mattresses soon proved even more popular than their furniture, earning a reputation for unbeatable value and comfort.
Shortly thereafter, the headquarters were relocated to Wisconsin. The company was renamed by combining the first names of their wives: Verna + Lois = Verlo.
More than 60 years later, we’re proud to stay true to our roots. We still make each mattress one at a time, delivering unbeatable values and quality that continues to set us apart.
