Rachel’s Kitchen Franchise

The Rachel’s Kitchen concept has been proven to be a successful one that capitalizes on current contemporary tastes and preferences for healthy options without relying on gimmicks or fads and we’re now poised to expand beyond Nevada into neighboring states. Early franchise owners have a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a company with a cult-like following that’s on an impressive growth trajectory.

“Since launching in 2006, Rachel’s Kitchen has redefined what it means to be a local restaurant by providing high-quality, carefully crafted menus with locally sourced ingredients and options for all tastes,” said Debbie Roxarzade, founder and CEO of Rachel’s Kitchen. “Being recognized as one of the top 40 fast casuals with the potential to be the next big thing is a privilege and an honor—one that we will continue to build on and launch our brand to new heights.”

Some might say that Rachel’s Kitchen is re-inventing the restaurant experience. The food is thoughtfully prepared and made fresh to order, the recipes inspired–reflecting the level of quality and care usually associated with a chef-driven kitchen–but at Rachel’s Kitchen there is no chef on site. Instead, the meals are designed to be produced by staff on-hand without any sacrifice of the quality that Rachel’s Kitchen has become known for. A combination of the walk up, carry out experience and a traditional sit-down restaurant, the guest places their order at a counter using a wall mounted menu before retreating to a table where the food is brought directly to them, leaving them to comfortably enjoy their meal and a moment of serenity from whatever stresses the rest of their day may hold.

Debbie Roxarzade has been a leader in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years, during which time she has proven herself to be a driven and innovative business woman with a superior talent for strategy and an innate business sense, honed at San Diego State University. Over the years, Debbie has developed a strong knowledge of the hospitality and restaurant industries and established a proven track record of successful business development. Her organic and guest-driven approach combined with her commitment to providing career growth opportunities for her team members is a large part of her success.

“I am thrilled at how great this experience has been – from opening our doors for the first time 15 years ago to now partnering with others to grow our brand. More than that, it’s extremely exciting to introduce our wholesome food and delicious recipes to new customers hungry for something better.” Debbie Roxarzade, Founder

In 2014, Debbie was a recipient of the Women Who Mean Business Award, presented by the Las Vegas Business Press and in 2016 she was named one of the Women to Watch by Nevada Business Magazine. She has also been honored by My Vegas Magazine as one of the Top 100 Women of the Year, four years running. While accolades and notoriety are by no means the driving force behind Debbie’s efforts in business, they are good indicators of the level of passion and dedication she brings to everything she does.
